lighting not working at install

exhaust feature works great but have already had to put in claim under the warranty with GE to come out and replace or repair the light fixture. The tech says they may have to replace the whole unit. This is perplexing for a brand new unit..

Just bought a 1970's house and the original retro kitchen is soooo great but the old GE appliances needed to be updated. Went with the white & so glad I did.

I had my old GE Under the Cabinet Hood for 42 years! A lightening strike was the cause of it's demise. My new hood is sleek and the lights are amazing. Thanks Mother Nature! I guess you could say I love it!

GREAT VENT

I love the vent my sister and i had to replace it in our grandparents home they had an older model of brand that is no longer made. ge is the only company that makes the size we needed. it was a little smaller on the bottom but its just cosmetic issue and no fault of ge the older was just a little longer on the back splash.

The actual inlet to the vent is on the left hand side and the fan is very loud when operating above the med setting.
